Safari does not seem to support the Match Item question type

QUESTION

Within the Safari web browser, the Match Item question type does not seem to work. I can't draw the arrows between matching objects. In fact the entire page seems unresponsive.

 

SOLUTION

When this feature was added to ToolBook, Safari 3 was the current version of Safari and the Match Item question worked as expected.

 

When Apple released Safari 4 along with iOS 4, a bug in their browser caused this problem, and unfortunately even with the release of Safari 5 along with iOS 5, the problem remained.

 

However with the release of Safari 6 in iOS 6, Apple has fixed the problems and the Match Item question works as expected.
